Such an unbelievably beautiful trilogy and among the few games I've played literally dozens of times in my barely almost 30 years of living

Honestly, after my 5th playthrough of the Mass Effect trilogy, I have to say that ME3 is not a bad game. It's the last conversation with the Catalyst that's not very good (because it's confusing as hell) but the rest? Phenomenal. First off, you get to visit every homeworld of the major galaxy races (Earth, Palaven, Tuchanka, Rannoch, and Thessia). We all wanted that for years. The Reapers always feel absolutely terrifying, like there's no way you could possibly win. And just when you think you might have a chance, it gets ripped out from under you. And we get to learn so much about the Krogan, Salarians and Turians' history and the Geth and Quarians as well. My only real complaint is how much the ME2 squadmates got sidelined (with the exceptions of Thane, Mordin, and Legion)

"Shepard-Commander, I must go to them. I'm sorry. It's the only way." -Legion How oddly prophetic that statement ended up being. The only way for Shepard to truly end the Reapers was to sacrifice themself, same as the only way to truly free the Geth was for Legion to sacrifice itself.

waching this i want play again. Of all games only Mass effect characters felt that they are alive. I felt connected to them. My Shepard always was is ruthless earthling. He (i) save my cru and in the end told them COMRADS i destroy reapers like i promise.

I guess there’s no way to save mordin and also keep wrex chase if the genopahge isn’t cured Wrex will try and attack you on the citadel and trust his death in ME3 is much worse than ME1 😢 uncle Wrex is forever gon be my number 1 ranked squad mate along with tali never ever letting em go in any of my play throughs and no matter what it’ll always be mordin dying to cure the genophage better to lose 1 rather than more than 1 and I stand on that

This reminds me of a quote i heard in an anime, but for the life of me i cant recall which one. "Before me stood a hero amongst the rubble of war, like a gittering almost blinding spec of gold amongst giant and infinite mounds of gray gravel" That line right there perfectly describes Shepherd as a person. A spec of glittering gold in the piles of dirt and ash.
